The year 2022 was marked by numerous very important achievements for Projepack. The result of a collective effort and the tireless commitment of a unique team, the year ends with an absolute sense of accomplishment.
Remember with us some of the milestones of 2022:
In January, Projepack installed two Modular 1000 sets at the Bertolini unit in Colatina. With more than 70 meters, the equipment consists of 30 meters of canvas table, where the preparation and assembly of the box is carried out, weighing module with transfer mat with disposal where the non-compliant volumes are separated in an automated way. The company changed its packaging system, going from two lines to just one, designed by Projepack, estimating a reduction of 20 to 30% in the cost of packaging, due to the high productivity of the equipment and the reduction of labor.
In March, it participated in FIMMA 2022, which marked the resumption of face-to-face events. The event is one of the greatest business opportunities, promoting the meeting of all audiences in the furniture sector.
In July, together with Affemaq, it participated in the 9th edition of Formóbile. In the international sector, it was present at Fitecma Argentina, which is focused on the wood sector and technologies for industries in the sector.
Also in July, the largest final packaging line sold to the foreign market in the 27 years of Projepack shipped to Argentina. With almost 40 meters, the line is composed of a canvas table for the preparation of volumes, 02 zero setup sets and a roller table for handling at the exit of the packaging line.
In August, maintaining its international presence, it participated in Tecno Mueble 2022, which took place in Guadalajara, Mexico, in an event that connects the main suppliers of machinery, raw materials and accessories in the furniture sector and companies that use wood in their production process.
In September, it was present at the 13th edition of FESQUA, the International Frame Industry Fair, an important fair in the frame sector that took place in São Paulo.
In October, it was present at the 25th Fábrica em Ação fair, promoted by AFFEMAQ (Association of Suppliers for the Wood and Furniture Industries).
Throughout this important year, Projepack sold more than 280 pieces of equipment in 20 Brazilian states and in countries such as Argentina, Colombia and Chile.
In 2022, Projepack also completed 27 years of history, in a moment of great celebrations and memorable achievements. This year will be marked as a period of gratitude for employees who commit themselves daily to a greater purpose, for customers who trust in Projepack's quality and expertise and for everyone who, in one way or another, contributed to this growth.
